Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Psignios (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services. By using them, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription (“Premium”). Prices are shown in the app. Subscriptions are billed through your app store and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your app store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them through unauthorized means, interfering with their operation, reverse-engineering, or using them to violate any law or the rights of others.

6. Not professional advice

Psignios provides personality insights for self-reflection and general guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on the Services are your own responsibility.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including text, design, graphics, and software, are owned by Psignios or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Psignios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services and other users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Psignios operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
